Mission
Welcome Center is a support point for international students, staff and guests of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce. We are the first point of contact for those who are planning their arrival as well as for those who are already at the University. We answer questions, provide practical guidance and help prepare for a visit to Kielce, regardless of whether the stay is short or long, and above all we offer support on site.
Role
Welcome Center supports international visitors at every stage of their contact with the University. We assist with preparations before arrival, and once they are here we help with matters that appear on site, from academic and administrative formalities, to guidance about the city, to support in everyday situations such as transportation, accommodation or finding essential places and services. We are a place where anyone can come with any question or concern at any stage of their stay.
Who we support
We support international full-degree students, university staff and guests visiting Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce for both short and long stays. Our services are intended for individuals who engage with the University for various purposes, including academic work, teaching, study visits or international cooperation.
